Saint Joseph South Cemetery

About 1866, a small church and school stood at this location known as the Assumption Church. This congregation later joined the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pulaski, Indiana. Although the Gilsinger family donated this land, it is sometimes called the Winter Cemetery for the Winter family who lived nearby. This small Catholic cemetery is in excellent condition.
